Below: You need to be seen in a facility that has xray capabilities. Call your urgent care and ask about this, if they do not, then go to the ER.

See your doctor: If you can be seen within a few days - call and state 3 weeks of symptoms with new chest pain - your primary doctor has your whole history and will be the one to see you again for this problem.
