This raises questions of bilateral nerve compression, and could be a problem in neck (which might account for urinary urgency), but also could be more peripheral at elbow or wrist. All of this is best evaluated by a thorough examination from your physician.

Please see your MD asap. You might have a urinary infection. But the numbness has to be checked rightaway.
