Hi yesterday i was diagnosed with clamiydia and treated, today i am spotting urgency to urinate and sharp pains onleft side of stomach what do i do?

You may need: to get examined again for a UTI, possibly from yeast or some bacteria that do not respond to the antibiotic you took for Chlamydia. You will need a urine test and proper examination to rule out other causes. It is still most likely a UTI. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
