13 weeks after last: If you are referring to Depo-Provera, the injection provides protection against pregnancy for 13 weeks after the shot is given. Many providers schedule patients for follow-up doses every 12 weeks, so there may be a small window if that is true for you. If you are continuing the Depo, you will need to be sure that you are not pregnant before your next dose if it has been more than 13 weeks.

Abs: I assume you are speaking of the deli shot. Once the shot uscstopped the body must regulate itself for the hormonal changes. Everyone is a little different. You could however get pregnant if you have sex.
