Ekg said lvh, but my doctor keeps saying i don't have it and not worry about it. i've had a recent normal ekg. is that the reason?

LVH : Yes, EKG is not very accurate for LVH, and the criteria are different for people in their 30s... The LVH on your EKG was probably an automatic read by a computer. If there is concern for LVH, an Echocardiogram would be definitive

ECG: Computerized ECG readings use various criteria for reading LVH. Your doctor has more information and judgement which allows the doc to be more precise regarding true anatomic hypertrophy of the left ventricle.
