Dairy is HEALTHY: for most people. LACTASE DEFICIENCY is the exception and people with this disorder may be seen draining their breakfast cereal ...a bit "much" since LACTOSE FREE milk Is available! As fat as fat , cholesterol , issues some Dairy won't be harmful and AGAIN Fat Free Milk is available!! Hope this helps! Dr Z

Dairy not bad.: Lean dairy, like low fat milk, is not unhealthy. People who are lactose-intolerant of course can't take dairy, and may want the flavor while minimizing their intake. Other people may want to trim their calories back by draining that milk from the cereal. But dairy can be a lean source of healthy protein.
