A member asked:

Is it okay to drink milk or anything with calcium (cheese, yogurt, etc.) while on isotretinoin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Isotretinoin is better absorbed, therefor more effective, if taken with fatty food. The calcium is not relevant to Isotretinoin but is good for you. Go for it. Avoid vitamin a--------all foods are ok, but vit a in pills will aggravate the side effects including headaches and dry lips.
