Dairy products: All dairy products contain calcium, which can cause or contribute to constipation.

Not allergic: Certainly eating/drinking a lot of dairy products can lead to constipation. IT IS NOT AN ALLERGY tho to get constipation this way. I recommend you decrease your dairy consumption a bit, increase your fiber and water intake.
