After 5 years you: Certainly shouldn't have a period.If you have bleeding,it needs to be evaluated quickly.If you are having cramps or bloating , remember there are other organs ,bladder, intestines .

Letrozole: It is usually used in post menopausal women. You had not had periods for 5 yrs now. if happened to have periods now, it is treated like a post menopausal bleeding, needs to be worked up.
