I have pof due to chemotherapy that i had when i was 10. i hadn't had a natural period before then, are my chances of a natural pregnancy different?

See your doctor: It depends. You should go see either a general obgyn or a reproductive endocrinologist. They need to do some labs and determine your hormone levels (fsh/lh/estrogen panel) and ultrasound. Are you having periods now? If so you are still ovulating. If not we need to find out if you have any ovarian reserve. If you don't sometimes we can still help you get pregnant with a donor egg.

Yes: Pof of course means that your ovaries have stopped working. Occasionally, you might be able to ovulate after pof due to chemotherapy, but it is unlikely. Your doctors can check hormone levels on you (fsh, lh, amh) to see if you have any function left. An infertility doctor can help you with this and even help you get pregnant if you have some function or they can use a donor egg in your uterus.
