I keep having this constant "drop" feeling in my heart/chest. it's worse when i lie on my back and when i'm standing and or walking. no anxiety?

Wish I knew what: "drop" feeling means. Could you be a little more specific? Hard to corner this one, especially since you have ruled out anxiety (my first guess...) Been to a MD to r/o medical causes? Have any injuries to this area? Any congenital malformations? Too many possibilities...
