Go to an ER: You are critically ill and need to be seen immediately. Although this sounds very much like acute appendicitis there are numerous other possibilties. What is most important is that you be seen and diagnosed and treated right away. Call 911, get a friend to drive you to hospital, or call an ambulance, but go now! hope you are better soon.
