I need a doctors advise i have off and on pain on my lower right below my rib cage, don't have fever or vomiting but at times the pain is sharp, also notice sometimes constipation and releasing gas, for the most part i go to the bathroom regularly, lately

Your : Your description of your feces is of concern. If you have black, tarry / sticky, malodorous stool that could be a sign of bleeding from your gastrointestinal tract. If this fits the description, i would recommend a trip to the emergency room.
