Likely to be clean: THC can be detected in the urine of a chronic heavy user for more than 30 days. Hopefully you are clean. Now that you have gone through this trouble, it would be prudent to stay off the weed. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex.
Get HPV vaccine.

Hard to say: My best guess is that it is likely to be negative, since only very heavy smokers (usually daily or 5X/week) who have smoked for months/years stay positive for over 30 days. However, it depends on the quality of the marijuana used (how much THC) and for how long you were smoking it. Congrats on quitting. Stop excessive water use since a dilute urine specimen will be considered adulterated.
