Not likely: Recurrent sinus infections would not be the cause of your hair loss. Other conditions including hypothyroidism could be contributing. Easily evaluated by primary doctor. Other causes of alopecia can be addressed at that time as well. Might want to consider seeing an allergist to get your sinus disease under better control.
