Headaches and sinus : Sinus congestion usually gives headaches over the involved sinuses and not all over the head. The exception to that rule is the sphenoid sinus which will cause a deep seated headache in the center of the head. Most headaches are not sinus related. This is why i typically get a neurologist involved in the patients that i see for headache after I have cleared the sinuses by exam or ct scan. Good luc.
