Hardly: Generally cancer in the armpit(axilla) would be in a lymph node and would not cause any symptoms. If you don't feel any unusual lumps in the axilla> no cause for concern. Tickling is not a symptom of cancer.

Probably not: It would be pretty unusual to have a tickly sensation as a symptom for cancer. If you are otherwise well and the symptom settles it is most likely to be a muscular twitch (or fasiculation in medical terms), or a nerve irritation. However if the sensation is associated with a change in the skin or it persists you would be best to have your GP to assess you.
