Unlikely: Unlikely unless other symptoms and/or if there is a mass. It would also depend on duration of symptoms. Is there a history of weight loss? Night sweats? Fever? Chills? I would give it 1-2 weeks... If it resolves... No worries, if it persists, see your primary care doctor or your local ent.
