Unlikely.: This is more likely to be from infection/irritation of your breast from nursing/feeding. There are lymphatic ducts that lead to the armpit from the breast/nipple area. If the breast does not get better with warm wet cloth massage, see your doctor.

Probably not: Pain is not a common symptom of breast cancer. However i would alert your physician to these new symptoms.
