Kissing: "Kissing ovaries" is not a precise term: it usually refers to ovaries that are right next to each other on ultrasound, and usually is only seen with enlarged ovaries. But it could mean any number of things. This is generally not a fertility problem, so at age 29 (?) I'd guess your chance of noter pregnancy is good.
