7-10%: Clomid (clomiphene) increases your chances of twinning by about 7-10%. I don't recommend using it if you are fertile and ovulating on your own. If you take it, you should be under the care of a doctor who is familiar with its use. Long term use of Clomid (clomiphene) can increase your risk of ovarian cancer.
