Severe endometriosis: "Kissing ovaries" means the ovaries are seen as adjacent to each other and is evidence of severe endometriosis. Endometriosis is the cause of infertility in 25% of couples, but Its presence does not absolutely preclude pregnancy, especially with treatment.
