Cystectomies: The main risk from multiple cystectomies is adhesion ("scar") formation around the ovaries. You may not have any at all, or it can sometimes be very significant. With cystectomies, sometimes pieces of normal ovary are removed or damaged too. I'd think positive for now, you may have no problems at all. Laparoscopy is the only way to evaluate for adhesions.
