Lack of ovulation: Letrzole is a commonly used non-fda approved drug for ovulation induction but is not superior to the fda approved Clomiphene citrate. Some patients respond better to one or the other. If you have not ovulated on letrozole, then a higher dose may help or switching to Clomiphene or injectable medication. Most importantly, your physician needs to determine the cause of ovulation dysfunction.
