Blister.: It is difficult to know what this is exactly without personally seeing it. It seems like you are describing a blister of some sort. Is it inflamed at the borders, painful, oozing? This can also be an infection. You should have a physician examine it and take a detailed history including any possible sexual or close personal contacts. Hope this helps
