It's your son: It's not about you but about your son who has become allergic to something you eat. Allergy develops when genes and environment interact. I presume you are posting this on behalf of your wife or partner otherwise it would be weird for a male to be breast-feeding :) Depends on the foods, some food allergies tend to go away in a couple of years, others such as peanuts mostly not.
