Poss surgery: The bucket handle tear of the meniscus will likely cause you problems - should probably be dealt with via arthroscopic approach. The ACL tear can wait - do PT and make a decision later if you want to have an ACL reconstruction done. Not everyone needs ACL repair - talk to your doctor about the pros and cons.

Surgery.: You should at least have the bucket handle meniscal tear addressed, and more preferably, have the ACL done as well.
