Custom Mouthguard: It would be a good idea to get a custom night guard made without your dentures. This would help protect your TMJ if a punch was landed in the mandibular jaw area. Without teeth (teeth help stabilize you jaw relationship) your mandible has less bone support since the teeth were previously extracted. Example 20mm of bone with natural teeth now 10-15mm of bone remains without teeth. Less stability.
