See below: It depends on your diet and whether you're taking iron pill supplements. Foods rich in iron including greens, beans, lentils, red meat, egg yolks, mollusks, dried fruits, and enriched cereals/grains. Food high in vit c also help absorp iron better. Cook in cast iron pan also help.
