Probably pinworms, : maybe another type of worms. See his pediatrician for evaluation. Early in the morning, spread his buttocks & press the sticky side of a piece of scotch tape against his anus. Put the tape in a small plastic bag & take it with you to the appointment so it can be checked for pinworm eggs. If stool samples are needed for other causes, his doctor will give you collection cups & instructions.
