The : The first concern for a concussion or brain injury, independent of his other medical problems. If he continues to have symptoms, he should go to the er and be evaluated. He may need a ct scan of the brain. Re his other medical problems: 1) it's important to remember that abnormally high or low blood sugar can cause dizziness and altered mental status. Checking the blood sugar would be a good idea. 2) hepatitis can lead to liver failure, and that can in turn increase the risk of bleeding with trauma.
