Cervical disc diseas: You might have a ruptured cervical disc. Is there any tingling or numbness going down your arm? As a former rugby player, I can attest to the damage to the spine. You need to be examined, possibly have an MRI and start basic treatments for the symptoms. Although, ultimately, there's the possibility of surgery, there are certainly many things that can be done prior to that.
