My boyfriend got hit in the collarbone while play fighting& told me whenever he bends down it hurts &sneezes his head hurt. what could be the problem?

Collarbone: Bending down and sneezing induces a process called valsalva . A simple cxr could determine if he my have a pneumothorax or possibly mediastinal air.
