Hips: As we get older (though you are still young!) our bodies change. Hips enlarge as we women get older. In addition, we all have a tendency to put on weight in different areas - some in the chest, some in the legs, some in the buttocks etc. You can maintain a good weight by exercise and making wise choices in food.
