It is easy: Cut out most of the sweets which means avoiding sugar and sugary foods and sugary drinks. You can eat whole grains cereals and whole wheat bread in moderation. Use more proteins in your diet which should include eggs, fish, nuts and tofu along with low fat milk and yogurt.Veggies and fruits are great to have with each meal.
