Should teens worry about xs carbohydrate intake?

Ask doctor: Everyone should be mindful of what they put in their bodies for nourishment. A teen should "worry" about what they are eating when their weight is not healthy. Talking to your pediatrician should provide guidance on healthy weight for your body. In terms of carbs, try to select healthy (whole grains, dark versus white products) rather than refined and overly processed ones (corn syrup, etc)n.
