No: Be sure the area around your vulva and the razor are clean before you shave. I don't see your diet as being a factor unless out of the ordinary.

Shaving is the issue: This has nothing to do with diet. Pubic area folliculitis was rare before people started shaving the area. You may carry staph or strep on your skin, but many people do that; the problem arises mostly when you add the minor trauma that comes with shaving. Consider using a hair removal cream. Or not shaving (is it really that important?). Or see a dermatologist for professional advice about it.
