Clear blisters?: If the 2 vesicles were having tiny yellowish milky beads of pus most likely folliculitis.But if clear fluid , especially with itching ,it is likely genital herpes. Folliculitis will be painful rather than itchy. Swimming in public pool can predispose to folliculitis but not to HSV -genital infection. HSV-genital is a STD as we all know and not by simple contact. If so far you never took antiviral+
