A 33-year-old female asked:

I took a coconut epsom salt bath and now my vagina is burning. i rewashed it twice, but it's still burning. what should i do?

The symptom suggests you had a superficial chemical burn to the sensitive tissues. The symptom will fade in the next few days. A cool compress can reduce the discomfort and application of an OTC hydrocortisone cream may help it heal faster.
