Nose: sounds like local trauma but may be infected. Put an OTC antibiotic cream in the nose on that side several times a day but see an ent

Do not pick: your nose. May use a moistened tissue paper to remove dried up snort. It will resolve, however if pain or drainage occurs see a doctor as antibiotics will be indicated in such cases
