Spider bite?: If the two marks are really close together, this could be a spider bite. These can be pretty vicious, and you may even need an antibiotic as they typically will transmit bacteria when they bite. The swelling and redness make me consider either infection or bad allergic-type reaction. Please have a doctor examine this today.

When i drink alcohol my feet get swollen and red. Never did it until i had a crushing injury and fracture of right foot 6 yrs ago.
