Not certain what: your question is. PVC's after exercise can be normal but may also be a sign of progression of CAD. Fast heart beats in a patient with CAD can be very bad or nothing at all. We have medications to help elevate your blood pressure in order to be able to use beta blockers. Sounds like you need to focus your questions and get checked out by your health care provider.
