Statin: As you have good lipid levels, you are looking for the nonlipid benefits of statin. There isn't any evidence there's a difference between the drugs for this effect. Of those you listed Simvastatin or Atorvastatin are probably what i'd choose though can't say prava wouldn't be as good.

May not need: With those numbers, you may not need a statin. The ncep atp-3 goals are all met by you, even if you are at high risk, which would be an LDL less than 70. Keep up the good work, save your money and continue your diet, it appears to be working. Best wishes.

What other meds?: Most statins are metabolized by same pathway. Two notable exceptions are pravastatin and rosuvastatin. Choices will depend on your other medications, and perhaps insurance or other cost concerns. As far as dose? The lowest dose available for each drug would likely be sufficient.
