Watch for now: Did you give her any fever medication at 5 AM? If yes, that would explain the normal 7 AM temp.
If she has a recurrence of her fever and complains of a sore throat, or a cough with chest discomfort, or severe abdominal pain or discomfort passing urine, then have her Pediatrician check her.
