A doctor has provided 1 answer

She : She needs to have a complete neurological evaluation. I am glad she is having a cat scan. She may need an MRI or an eeg study on her brain as well. She may also need studies on her heart to be sure she isn't having irregular heart rhythms or an underlying heart problem. She should see her pediatrician who can refer her to these specialists. Fainting (syncope) in this age group is very rare and must be taken very seriously.
