Hi... im 31 weeks now... my recent ultrasound states that anterior plecenta grade 1 2 maturity and lower edge 3.5 cms from cervix.. plecenta low lying... what does it mean. is there any risk during delivery??

No: I wouldn't consider a placenta that is 3.5 cm. from the internal cervical os to be low-lying. It may be worthwhile to seek the advice of a specialist (MFM: Maternal Fetal Medicine), if concerns remain.
