It could be your wisdom teeth, gum disease, a sinus infection, or multiple cavities. The bottom line is that you need a dental exam to find the real cause of your problem. If cost is a barrier, consider a community health clin.

Tooth Pain See DDS: A tooth pain is often the result of tooth decay or major infection, it won't go away on its own. Take NSAIDs or Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC and see a dentist ASAP.

See a dentist: You seem to have a lot of issues with your teeth and it would be wise to have yourself examined.

Multiple: You seem to have multiple coincidental problems that require concurrent treatment. There's no OTC, homeopathic, or self healing path that will be successful. Please see a professional, a Dentist, for differential diagnosis and then appropriate care and/or referral. Please don't put this off. The longer you wait the more complex your problem set will become.
