You will need an : Eval by your dentist to know for sure. Lumps under jaw might be swollen lymph nodes resulting from infections or inflammation you have. You need to obtain appropriate dental care as soon as possible.

See Dentist ASAP: Get in to see the Dentist ASAP for complete examination with x-ray imaging to diagnose your problems and recommend tx options. Lumps under jaw indicate infection moving into that area. Do not wait -- get in there now. Good Luck.
