I have recently started taking 40 mg vyvance along with 100 mg zoloft (sertraline). my depression has gotten alot more intense. is this normal?

Medication Effects: I understand your distress. Zoloft is for Depression, Dose of 100mg/day is high dose for maintenance, and it may also cause depression. Vyvanse is for ADHD, it may also cause depression. Taking both medications together has likely made your depression more intense. See a Psychiatrist for Diagnosis, Medication monitoring for benefits and side effects, adjustment of dose , Therapy for stress.

No: Review meds and how you feel with prescribing doctor. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can worsen depression. Discuss lowering dose and stopping Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) to see if this helps.
