No: In my 35 years of practice, I have never seen a case of reactive hypoglycemia. If your friend has diabetes and is low due to medication, 8 oz of skim milk or juice or 2 quick dissolving glucose tablets can be used and recheck in 15 min. Only trying to get back to 70.
